My Verizon Home Account for android and iPhone devices. 

The My Verizon Home Account app allowed Fios customers to self serve their billing needs using smart devices. I was the sole designer for the app’s user experience and user interface design. The challenges we faced during this project were numerous, but that’s what made it fun to work on. Marrying business rules with brand standards and technical feasibility was key to the success of this project.

Verizon customers can make a commitment to Verizon that they will pay their bill by a certain date. The brand guidelines had been predefined. I worked on the flow / user experience based on business rules and technical feasibility.

Using the native app on android or iPhone devices or accessing m. from any smart phone, Verizon customers could go and retrieve/reset their user ID’s and / or passwords from here.
